These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the Wellnito website, software, and related business services. Please read them carefully before using Wellnito.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting the Wellnito website, requesting a demo, creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any Wellnito product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Wellnito on behalf of a salon, spa, clinic, studio, chain, or other business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
2. About Wellnito
Wellnito provides software for salon, spa, wellness, beauty, grooming, fitness, and clinic businesses. The platform may include appointment management, POS and billing, client CRM, staff and payroll workflows, inventory, loyalty and memberships, WhatsApp communication, multi-store management, analytics, reporting, and related features.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate and current information when contacting us, starting onboarding, or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, controlling access granted to staff members, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Wellnito promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Wellnito only for lawful business operations and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with service security, reverse engineer the software, copy protected content, upload harmful code, use the service to send spam, or use Wellnito in a way that harms other users, clients, service providers, or Wellnito.
5. Plans, Pricing, Trials, and Payments
Subscription plans, trial periods, onboarding offers, add-ons, and pricing may be shown on the website or shared by our sales team. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are payable according to the selected plan or invoice terms. Taxes, payment gateway charges, WhatsApp or messaging charges, and third-party charges may be extra where applicable. Wellnito may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process communicated during onboarding or billing. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If a free trial is offered, the trial terms apply only for the stated trial period and may be limited to selected features.
7. Customer Data
Your business data, client records, appointment details, invoices, staff information, inventory records, and reports remain your responsibility. Wellnito processes this information to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right consent and legal basis to collect, upload, store, and use client or staff information in Wellnito.
8. WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Marketing Communications
If you use Wellnito to send reminders, offers, campaigns, review requests, or other communications, you are responsible for ensuring messages comply with applicable laws, platform policies, consent requirements, opt-out rules, and business communication standards. Delivery of messages may depend on third-party networks, APIs, templates, approvals, and recipient settings.
9. Third-Party Services
Wellnito may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp providers, email services, analytics tools, cloud hosting, Google services, or accounting exports. These third-party services may have their own terms, fees, limits, downtime, and policies. Wellnito is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
The Wellnito brand, website, software, interface, content, design, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by Wellnito or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during an active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
11. Confidentiality
Both you and Wellnito may receive non-public business, technical, financial, or operational information from each other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of providing, receiving, supporting, or improving the service.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Wellnito reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be updated, improved, suspended, or modified for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. Some features may be released, changed, renamed, limited, or discontinued over time.
13. Suspension or Termination
Wellnito may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or use the platform in a way that may harm Wellnito, users, clients, or third parties. You may stop using Wellnito at any time, subject to applicable billing commitments.
14. Disclaimers
Wellnito provides operational software and business tools, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, financial, or professional advice. You should verify GST, payroll, accounting, compliance, and employment matters with qualified advisors. The website and service are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellnito will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website or service. Wellnito's total liability for claims related to paid services will not exceed the amount paid by you to Wellnito for the affected service period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Wellnito harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, unlawful communications, inaccurate data, breach of third-party rights, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts or authorities in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless a separate written agreement with Wellnito states otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
Wellnito may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
