3. Client and Staff Information Uploaded by Businesses
Salon, spa, wellness, beauty, fitness, and clinic businesses may upload or create client and staff information inside Wellnito. The business is responsible for collecting this information lawfully and obtaining any required consent from clients, staff, or other individuals before adding it to the platform.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to enquiries, schedule demos, share pricing, provide onboarding, create and support accounts, operate platform features, process billing, improve product performance, send important service updates, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels for demo scheduling, onboarding, support, product updates, and relevant business communication.
